Refund Policy
Last updated 4 September 2026
You pay for a delivered code. If no code arrives, you are not charged.
When is an order refunded?
- No code arrived. If an order expires without receiving an SMS, its price returns to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
- You cancelled in time. You can cancel an order at any point before a code arrives, and the price returns to your balance in full.
- We could not supply the number. If an order fails on our side, it is refunded in full.
When is an order not refunded?
- A code arrived. Once an SMS reaches the number and is shown to you, the order is complete. This holds even if the code was expired, rejected, or already used by the destination service, and even if you never entered it.
- The destination service rejected the number. Some services block virtual numbers or particular country ranges. We are paid for delivering the message, and we cannot control whether the far end accepts the number.
- You sent the wrong deposit. Crypto sent in the wrong coin, on the wrong network, or to an expired invoice address is generally unrecoverable.
Where does a refund go?
Refunds are credited to your OTPDrop balance, where they can be spent on further orders. We do not send crypto back out to a wallet.
This is deliberate. Accounts are anonymous, so we have no way to establish that a withdrawal request comes from the person who funded the account, and a payout channel on an anonymous balance is an obvious target for laundering stolen funds. Fund only what you intend to spend.
How do you dispute a charge?
If you believe an order was charged in error, open a ticket with the order ID within 14 days. We will look at the delivery record for that order and correct genuine mistakes. For anything unresolved, write to [email protected].
