Virtual phone numbers by country

All 197 countries, with prices by service.

Which country should you choose for SMS verification?

The country a number belongs to is not a detail. Services decide whether to send a code at all partly on the basis of the number's origin, so the country you pick changes how likely the code is to arrive — and, sometimes, whether the account survives afterwards.

The rule that matters most is simple: match the number to how the account will actually be used. An account whose language, activity and payment all point at one country, verified by a number from another, is an obvious anomaly to anyone looking. Where you have a free choice, a country the service already serves in volume usually goes through more smoothly than an unusual one.

Each country here lists the carriers operating in it, and you can pick one rather than leaving it to chance. Services check numbers against databases of allocated ranges, and mainstream carriers tend to meet less resistance than obscure ones.

What does a country page show?

Open any country to see every service priced there, the carriers available, and the dial code. If you already know which service you are verifying with, start from the service list instead and pick the country from there — the two routes lead to the same place.

Numbers are sold one code at a time, or rented for 7 to 90 days if you need the same number to keep answering. Payment is crypto only and no country requires identity documents: rental and one-time numbers work the same way in all 197 of them.
